Appointment Setter – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. The role focuses on contacting cold and warm leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. Fluency in English and experience in a digital marketing environment are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introduce agency services, and set appointments.
• Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to match agency offerings.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM system.
• Report on call volume, appointments set, and conversion metrics.
• Schedule sales appointments and provide lead information to sales representatives.
• Confirm and remind leads of upcoming appointments to reduce no‑shows.
• Proactively fill the calendar during slower periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment‑setting targets.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing services.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining attention to detail.
