AoA Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The AoA Recruitment Coordinator provides proactive, first‑class support to Regional Recruitment Directors and the People Director for APAC. Working as part of a global recruitment team, the coordinator ensures smooth administration of recruitment activities across the Americas, EMEA and Asia‑Pacific and contributes to strategic projects that drive the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Regional Recruitment Directors with day‑to‑day recruitment tasks, projects and stakeholder communications.
• Support global recruitment priorities, aligning regional activities with business needs.
• Manage multi‑regional projects, coordinating timelines, budgets and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with fellow AoA Recruitment Coordinators to deliver seamless recruitment administration and provide cross‑coverage as required.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of recruitment deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates, metrics and reporting to the Recruitment Leadership Team.
• Contribute to initiatives such as Avature ATS adoption, recruitment branding, global website redesign, and pre‑employment screening.

• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality administrative support.

Required skills
