Account Executive – Restaurants (LATAM)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to lead our restaurant‑focused sales efforts across the LATAM region. Based in Buenos Aires, you will manage enterprise‑level restaurant clients, drive strategic growth and act as a trusted advisor on our SaaS and POS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Design and execute account strategies tailored to the restaurant industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout LATAM.
- Manage and expand relationships with enterprise restaurant clients.
- Negotiate complex deals, ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance on deal structuring and act as senior stakeholder advisor.
- Analyze sales data, market trends and client insights to shape strategy.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, operations and customer‑success teams.
- Coordinate product updates, implementations and issue resolution.
- Deliver forecasts, status updates and business presentations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Proven background in the restaurant industry.
- Successful track record selling SaaS products and/or POS systems.
- Experience working with clients across the LATAM region.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship‑management and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with team development.
