Join a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention as we establish our new Center of Excellence (COE) for Tax and Statutory Accounting in Buenos Aires. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting regional tax activities and driving the transformation of our financial operations across Latin America.

Missions principales

• Support regional tax activities being transitioned to the Buenos Aires COE.
• Work closely with local ERP systems to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on technology, automation, and process standardization.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and standardized accounting processes.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless tax operations.
• Report directly to the COE management structure within a dynamic, evolving environment.

Profil recherche

• University degree in Public Accounting (preferred) or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and changing processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in English (essential for regional collaboration).
• Solid understanding of Tax Accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital automation tools.
• High adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
