Social Media Manager

About the role

You will shape brand narratives and drive growth by designing data‑driven content ecosystems for a fully remote, full‑time position. The role focuses on creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Define platform‑specific strategies, including format, tone, and posting cadence.
• Design and execute social campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
• Write engaging, on‑brand copy and brief designers or videographers for visual assets.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions, fostering community engagement.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve content performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital content roles.
• Proven track record growing brand accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and/or Facebook.
• Strong English copywriting skills and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Portfolio of previous social media work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Facebook.
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or Later.
• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms.
