Senior E‑commerce Accountant (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior E‑commerce Accountant to join a fast‑growing fitness equipment company. The role is fully remote for candidates located in LATAM and reports to the VP of Finance. You will own end‑to‑end accounting processes across multiple sales channels and support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle in NetSuite, including invoice entry, PO matching, approvals and payment runs.
• Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, cash application and collections for direct‑to‑consumer, retail and commercial channels.
• Execute month‑end close activities: prepare accruals, prepaid amortization, fixed‑asset depreciation and recurring journal entries.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts such as bank, credit cards, inventory, intercompany and ensure sub‑ledger accuracy.
• Provide treasury support, vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and improve accounting processes, documentation and reporting as the business scales.

Required profile

• Hands‑on accounting professional with a strong sense of ownership.
• Minimum six hours daily overlap with U.S. Central Time (core 9 AM–3 PM CT).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in e‑commerce, multi‑channel revenue and inventory accounting preferred.

Required skills

• NetSuite accounting software.
