Senior Director, Competitive Pricing Strategy (LATAM)

About the role

The Senior Director of Competitive Pricing Strategy will shape revenue growth and margin expansion across Latin America for Coca Cola Latin America. You will lead the design, scaling and adoption of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solutions, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute topline revenue growth and margin‑expansion strategies for the LATAM region.
• Scale RGM solutions across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with strategic intent.
• Generate and present actionable insights from sales data, market trends and shopper behavior.
• Produce comprehensive pricing, promotion, share and mix reports to influence decision‑making.
• Orchestrate system development and adoption, collaborating with Marketing, Category, Human Insights, Franchise and Bottling teams.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships across the organization and with external bottling partners.

Required profile

• 15+ years of commercial experience with a focus on commercial strategy, RGM and franchise leadership.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise‑system projects from development through deployment.
• Strong strategic, systematic and forward‑looking thinking.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and experience turning big‑data into business value.
• Exceptional influencing and communication skills at senior‑executive level.
