Senior Business Analyst (Experienced)

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst at PwC in Buenos Aires, you will join a team of seasoned consultants to help clients solve complex business challenges from strategy through execution. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate needs into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes, forecast requirements and design implementation plans.
• Identify user needs, gather and analyse relevant data, and produce business models, wireframes and functional workflow diagrams.
• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops, define current and target states, and collaborate with developers on solution design.
• Conduct gap analysis, document functional and business requirements, and present them to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, management and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, set expectations and support day‑to‑day project delivery.
• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business and system criteria.
• Assume project‑management responsibilities when required and promote the PwC brand internally.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within consulting or IT services.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, data governance and information security best practices.
• Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal, documentation and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with low‑code/no‑code platforms.
