Sales Controller

About the role

The Sales Controller will lead the commercial forecasting process for the Southern Cone markets (Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia). This role ensures accurate projections, monitors performance, and provides financial insight to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial forecast process for Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia.
• Monitor deviations by category, brand and country versus forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, costs and margins.
• Load, consolidate and report the forecast in TM1, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
• Prepare and load the monthly Sales Recognition, ensuring correct revenue allocation according to financial guidelines.
• Track rebate provisions in the system, ensuring proper accounting, updates and alignment with commercial agreements.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or a similar finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced use of TM1 for forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for presentations.
• Experience with SAP for financial data management.
