About the role

Latino Legends is seeking a high‑energy Recruiter to join its fast‑moving startup team. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America and focuses on building genuine relationships with talent while driving the hiring process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and scheduling.
• Act as a candidate advocate, delivering a high‑touch, human‑centric experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Leadership to align hiring with short‑term and long‑term growth goals.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for high‑turnover and high‑growth roles to ensure zero downtime.
• Provide transparent and professional communication to all candidates, regardless of outcome.

Required profile

• Owner mindset with accountability for metrics and outcomes.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an ambiguous startup environment.
• Top‑tier English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relationship‑driven with experience in client‑facing or sales‑oriented roles.
• Eagerness to learn about logistics, sales, and tech functions to better assess talent.
• Team player who shares insights and supports cross‑functional success.
