Program Lead, AI Fellowship

About the role

The Program Lead, AI Fellowship will own the curriculum and learning design for Anyone AI’s AI fellowship program. You will ensure the program stays aligned with the latest AI industry developments and market demand while maintaining high-quality learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the fellowship syllabus, learning objectives, and curriculum sequencing.
• Oversee the creation of slides, exercises, projects, and supporting materials, keeping content current with AI industry practices.
• Set and uphold quality standards across all learning materials and program experiences, using learner outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Source, interview, and evaluate instructors, and ensure their delivery meets program standards.
• Act as the internal reference for high‑quality AI education and partner with program operations to support effective logistics.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent deep technical expertise in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related STEM field.
• Hands‑on AI/ML experience in industry or applied research.
• Proven experience designing technical curricula for fellowships, bootcamps, universities, or corporate academies.
• Teaching experience with technical cohorts and ability to evaluate and calibrate instructors.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
