OT PCN Solution Architect

About the role

The OT PCN Solution Architect will join Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires to design and govern end‑to‑end technical solutions for Operational Technology and Process Control Network environments. You will translate business, operational and cybersecurity requirements into secure, resilient architectures that support industrial infrastructures across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures for PCN IT/OT capabilities, ensuring security‑by‑design and operational sustainability.
• Translate business and cybersecurity requirements into architectural designs, technical standards and implementation patterns.
• Maintain reference architectures, design patterns and technical guardrails for on‑premises and hybrid OT solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Agile teams, Cybersecurity and Site Operations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and OT cybersecurity policies.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership during complex implementations, integrations and site deployments.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and cloud teams to define IAM and remote‑access solutions for OT PCN environments.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt and opportunities for standardisation.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing on‑premises or hybrid architectures for IT/OT environments supporting SCADA, DCS, PLCs and segmented networks.
• Deep understanding of OT cybersecurity concepts such as network segmentation, identity governance, defense‑in‑depth and compliance.
• Proven ability to guide Agile teams and influence enterprise‑wide technical decisions.
