Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney – Real Estate & Capital Markets

About the role

McNaul Ebel PLLC is expanding its Real Estate and Capital Markets group and seeks a mid‑level attorney with strong transactional experience. The role involves advising clients on complex commercial real‑estate deals across acquisition, financing, leasing, development, and joint‑venturing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisition, financing, joint‑venturing, leasing, and development transactions for commercial real‑estate assets.
• Conduct due‑diligence, including title, survey, and zoning reviews.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, lease agreements, SNDAs, and related documents.
• Provide counsel on asset‑management issues, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and review estoppel certificates and assist in dispute resolution.
• Stay current on relevant laws, market trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• 6–15 years of experience as a commercial real‑estate lawyer in a private law‑firm setting.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions with a client‑focused approach.
• Strong professional judgment, accountability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
