About the role

MailerLite is building an intelligence layer that turns behavioral data from over a million businesses into actionable predictions. As a Machine Learning Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end development of predictive models and LLM‑based assistants that help customers reach the right audience at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and ship predictive models on large‑scale behavioral and event data.
• Fine‑tune large language models on proprietary data to power goal‑driven assistants.
• Develop and maintain robust training and inference pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to turn model outputs into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor model performance in production and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying machine‑learning models at scale.
• Comfort with both classical predictive modeling and modern LLM techniques.
• Ability to take full ownership of data, training, and production workflows.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote‑first environment.
