About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to drive the creation of high‑quality Android and iOS applications for a global customer base. Based in Argentina, you will work remotely in a product‑focused environment, shaping the technical direction of our mobile portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Define technical standards, architecture patterns and best‑practice guidelines.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to performance and security standards.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and backend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Integrate external APIs, third‑party services and data sources.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests and monitor live app performance.
• Debug complex issues and continuously optimise code.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proven leadership or team‑lead experience in a software development setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering reliable, scalable products.
