Implementation Manager

About the role

As an Implementation Manager you will lead cross‑functional teams of technical and non‑technical payment processing experts to deliver end‑to‑end electronic payment implementations for Mastercard and its customers. You will ensure high‑quality, reliable roll‑outs while navigating a fast‑changing, ambiguous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Assess, document and analyse customer requirements and their impact on Mastercard core and non‑core processing platforms.
• Define scope, create project plans and drive implementation projects using the global coordination methodology.
• Provide advisory support to customer processing teams and guide execution of all implementation activities.
• Conduct comprehensive end‑to‑end impact analyses for multiple concurrent projects.
• Deliver internal and customer training on new processing solutions.

Required profile

• Strong background in information technology systems, network technologies and applications.
• Deep knowledge of electronic payment processes, including authorization, clearing and settlement.
• Familiarity with Mastercard payment processing systems, formats and host‑interface testing.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Proven project‑management experience and ability to lead matrixed, cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter attitude with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in English.
