Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own end‑to‑end finance operations for a fast‑growing US‑based technology company in the specialty insurance sector. The fully remote position serves Latin America and reports directly to the CEO, providing financial visibility and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate client invoices for subscription and usage‑based services.
• Maintain accounts receivable records, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure timely billing cycles.
• Manage payment collections, resolve overdue accounts, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries, communicating professionally in English with U.S.‑based clients.
• Maintain revenue forecasts, cash‑flow projections, runway models, and other financial planning tools.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support strategic planning through financial modeling.
• Design and maintain financial dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role.
• Highly autonomous with a strong ability to build structure and drive financial visibility.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who enjoys improving processes and making measurable impact.
