About the Role
Are you a customer-centric professional with a passion for sales and organization? We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to serve as the reliable voice of our company, connecting clients to sustainable solutions that contribute to cleaner neighborhoods and a greener environment.
Main Missions
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Prepare clear, accurate quotes and professional business proposals.
- Coordinate service scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and manage leads within the CRM to support sales growth.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Manage social media presence (primarily Facebook), including direct messages, comment moderation, and campaign support.
- Generate performance reports and maintain up-to-date CRM data.
Profile Required
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales or a similar client-facing role, ideally within the service industry.
- Natural ability to build rapport and establish strong professional relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in modern business tools.
