About the role

The Designer will work across the full spectrum of design, blending aesthetic look‑and‑feel with behavioural user experience insights. As a key member of the creative department, you will help bring creative concepts to life for a variety of digital and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of final design assets such as social posts, online ads, and other visual content.
  • Pitch creative ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Conceptualise visuals based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce polished final designs.
  • Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on‑brand, and meet client expectations.

Required profile

  • Strong interest in the full spectrum of design.
  • Growing knowledge of how aesthetic design intersects with behavioural user experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a creative department and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
