Deals Capital Markets – Experienced Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as an Experienced Associate in Deals Capital Markets. You will support clients on complex accounting, financial reporting and capital‑markets transactions, helping them maximise value in mergers, acquisitions and other transformational events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting issues related to mergers, acquisitions and other business transformations.
• Advise clients on complex transaction structures and capital‑markets topics to maximise deal value.
• Develop and maintain financial models and accounting advisory analyses for capital‑markets transactions.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high‑quality client solutions and ensure timely project delivery.
• Analyse market trends and regulatory guidelines to inform strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Pursuing or holding a CPA license.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Required skills

• Financial modeling.
• Accounting advisory.
• Proficiency with Alteryx for data automation.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS conversions.
• Experience with IPO preparation and regulatory reporting.
