About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Data Solutions Manager. You will work at the intersection of business, experience, and technology, helping tax clients design and deliver data‑driven solutions that improve customer and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of experience‑focused data strategies for tax clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver integrated business‑technology solutions.
• Manage and coach multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and data‑visualisation capabilities to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Utilise SQL or Python for data processing, automation, and optimisation of business processes.
• Validate data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources.
• Support digital‑transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data‑focused projects within a consulting or professional‑services environment.
• Strong client‑management skills with a focus on delivering value and building long‑term relationships.
• Ability to mentor junior staff, foster teamwork, and drive performance.
