Clinical Research Manager – Ophthalmology (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Join TFS HealthScience’s Ophthalmology team as a Clinical Research Manager (CRM) and lead country‑wide clinical operations from the comfort of your home in Argentina. You will work closely with sponsors, investigators and internal teams to ensure high‑quality study delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensuring compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary operational contact for sponsors, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Lead, train and supervise CRAs, co‑monitor visits and approve monitoring reports.
• Monitor site and country performance, reviewing data listings, recruitment progress and protocol deviations.
• Maintain study documentation quality, including TMF, CTMS accuracy and monitoring plans.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on study planning, investigator payments, resource allocation and revenue forecasting.
• Participate in study meetings, investigator meetings, feasibility assessments and bid defense activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of clinical monitoring experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Manager with oversight of site and country operations.
• 1+ year of experience in Ophthalmology, preferably retina indications (DME, AMD, GA, RVO, IRDs).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
