Account Manager – Food Color & Ingredient Industry

About the role

ROHA is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of its food colour and ingredient portfolio in the Andean region. The role is based in Buenos Aires and reports to the Sales Manager – Andean Region. You will be responsible for achieving strategic and profitable sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to grow ROHA’s market share in the assigned territory.
• Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining and expanding key accounts.
• Manage relationships with brokers, distributors and any appointed sales representatives.
• Coordinate operational issues with the customer‑care representative for the territory.
• Deliver sales presentations to direct accounts and to partners.
• Gather competitive and market intelligence and report findings.
• Organise and manage trade shows, presentations and other marketing events within the territory.
• Uphold ROHA’s culture, core values and brand image with customers, vendors and the community.

Required profile

• Experience in the food colour or ingredient industry.
• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• Ability to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
