About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce the solution to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network, helping them improve hiring efficiency and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR and recruiting contacts in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather feedback from new users to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive a bonus for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Enthusiastic about recommending tools that add real value.
