Compliance/Forensic Auditor – Americas

About the role

The Compliance/Forensic Auditor will lead audit activities focused on corruption and bribery risks across the Americas region. Working within SAP’s Office of Ethics & Compliance, you will help safeguard the company’s integrity and support the execution of audit clauses with third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Take the lead on additional audit work related to identified corruption/bribery risks in the Americas.
• Analyze transaction fact patterns, synthesize findings, and draft professional memoranda with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with independent external auditors and OEC Field Compliance officers to ensure audits are conducted as planned.
• Generate audit reports, identify risks, and support mitigation actions.
• Maintain compliance with FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other global anti‑corruption regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance or forensic auditing, preferably with third‑party assessments.
• Strong knowledge of anti‑corruption laws such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead audit initiatives in a multinational environment.
