Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Recruitment

About the role

Jalasoft is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for IT positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, source top technical talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical and business requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews assessing technical background, communication, motivation and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain continuous communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Track candidate data and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Propose and implement process improvements and new recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in talent acquisition or IT recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting technical profiles across various seniority levels.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Advanced or Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency.
• Previous experience in outsourcing, staffing or consulting firms is highly preferred.
