Healthcare Talent Sourcer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Talent Sourcer to join The Coordinators on a full‑time, remote basis. You will drive the top of the recruitment funnel for medical administrative professionals across several Latin American markets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for our healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage internal databases, personal networks and external sources to build a robust pipeline of medical admin talent.
• Post openings on job boards and social platforms, monitor engagement and proactively reach out to candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct initial evaluations, and recommend top candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (RecruiterFlow) and ensure clean documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles for hand‑off to hiring managers, supporting a high‑velocity recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience sourcing medical administrative roles.
• At least 2 years of experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Conversational English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
