Content Strategist / Showrunner

About the role

Spiralyze is building a founder‑led media brand to become the definitive authority on A/B testing and experimentation. As the Content Strategist / Showrunner you will turn proprietary data and the Founder’s expertise into a continuous stream of high‑impact content on LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the editorial calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube, creating recurring series and formats that reinforce the brand’s positioning.
• Run bi‑weekly sessions with the Founder to capture insights and transform them into LinkedIn posts, video scripts, and content briefs.
• Write or ghostwrite 4–5 LinkedIn posts per week and scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos, crafting hooks and clear narratives.
• Direct a videographer, graphic designer, and editors, setting creative briefs and ensuring premium‑quality output.
• Track performance metrics, analyse engagement data, and iterate on formats, reporting results to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience building founder‑led brands.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to extract and shape insights into compelling content.
• Comfort working closely with a founder and leading a small creative team.
