Workforce Strategy Consultant

About the role

The Workforce Strategy Consultant will shape EY's future workforce by translating business priorities and emerging trends into actionable strategies. Reporting to the Workforce Strategy and Design Leader, you will lead a workstream and partner across stakeholders to connect strategic direction with execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic workforce questions, synthesize perspectives, and develop recommendations aligned with firm ambitions.
• Translate shifts in business models, technology, AI, and service delivery into future role, skill, and talent model implications.
• Partner with Talent Evolution, Workforce Operations, analytics, technology, and data teams to turn strategy into sequenced initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Set objectives, manage scope, risks, and timelines, and coach team members to deliver high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Experience in workforce strategy, corporate strategy, talent transformation, organization design, or professional services transformation.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate complex analysis into practical recommendations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with executive‑level communication and facilitation abilities.
