Web Designer & Developer

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Web Designer & Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves building new WordPress sites, maintaining existing client websites, and continuously improving performance, SEO and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor (no/low-code).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into web solutions.
• Maintain sites through updates, audits, bug fixes and plugin clean-up.
• Optimize performance, usability and conversion rates, including page load speed.
• Implement basic on-page SEO, metadata and structure improvements.
• Provide ongoing client support and contribute to internal brand websites.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in web design or development.
• Hybrid skill set comfortable with both design and development.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO or a strong interest in learning.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
