About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant / Office Admin to support a fast‑growing physical therapy and wellness company based in Florida. This fully remote, independent‑contractor position will help streamline daily operations, enhance patient communication, and ensure a smooth administrative workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar coordination.
• Respond promptly to emails, messages, and phone inquiries.
• Perform data entry, documentation, and record‑management tasks.
• Assist with insurance verification and patient intake processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
• Coordinate with therapists and office staff to optimize workflows.
• Provide customer support before, during, and after appointments, including follow‑ups and reminders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, wellness, or physical‑therapy setting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service or client‑facing experience.
