Test Analyst (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Qualitest is seeking a Test Analyst to join its remote team in Argentina. You will support testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that both business and technical requirements are validated through structured, manual testing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, project and testing teams to understand requirements and define relevant test scenarios.
• Design, document, and maintain test cases aligned with project standards.
• Execute test cases, record results, and maintain traceability in Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
• Prepare test data, validate environments, and support integration and user‑acceptance testing.
• Log, track, and retest defects while coordinating resolutions with development teams.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and contribute to testing metrics and close‑out documentation.
• Assist with production validation and post‑release verification as needed.

Required profile

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing practices.
• Experience creating and executing manual test cases.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps (or similar test‑management platform).
• Familiarity with legal document‑management tools such as iManage or NetDocuments.
