Talent Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Analyst to join our Buenos Aires office and drive an efficient, strategic recruitment process. You will ensure high‑quality hiring outcomes while delivering a strong candidate experience that reflects the BARBUSS culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct thorough screenings and in‑depth interviews to identify top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing insights and support throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication to ensure a smooth candidate experience at every stage.
• Promote and reinforce BARBUSS culture and value proposition to prospective candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing recruitment processes and using related tools.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
