Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Satellogic is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle across its global organization. Based in Buenos Aires with a hybrid work model, you will partner closely with hiring managers and People Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for global hiring needs, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role and team dynamic.
• Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage assessments for candidates.
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all recruitment processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to define success profiles and hiring plans.
• Own and continuously improve talent acquisition programs and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Hands‑on recruiter with experience in fast‑paced, global environments.
• Proven ability to build scalable recruitment processes.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Ability to balance strategic talent initiatives with day‑to‑day execution.
