Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

Allata is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the recruitment of technology positions across its global teams. The role is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys building candidate pipelines and contributing to a collaborative talent acquisition function.

Key responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Review inbound applications and assess fit against role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate general and role‑specific suitability.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple calendars, stakeholders, and time zones.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and support pipeline generation.
• Keep candidate records and recruiting systems up‑to‑date and organized.
• Contribute to internal talent acquisition initiatives, including process improvements and documentation.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, or customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort coordinating interviews and following up with diverse stakeholders.
• Team‑oriented mindset with adaptability to changing priorities.
