Studio Designer – Digital Design (Remote, Buenos Aires)

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Studio Designer to join its Global Studios team. You will create emotive, conversion‑focused digital designs that spark conversations between brands and audiences, working remotely while collaborating with strategists, copywriters and other designers.

Key responsibilities

• Take design briefs from concept to final delivery.
• Contribute innovative ideas during creative sessions.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets, including image sourcing and digital artworking.
• Develop rich visual content for owned channels such as websites, apps and email.
• Ensure designs align with client business goals and are delivered on schedule.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design and marketing trends.
• Mentor junior team members and take accountability for flawless output.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and resourceful with a strong eye for layout, typesetting and retouching.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work across varied client needs.
• Team‑player who supports colleagues and embraces new challenges.
• Willingness to experiment with emerging AI platforms to accelerate creative work.
