Structured Finance Associate – Infrastructure & Energy

About the role

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join its Argentina team in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on origination and execution of infrastructure and energy transactions across Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, supporting both lending and debt advisory activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in executing business opportunities in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Support lending and debt advisory segments, including strategic planning, marketing, client engagement, and coordination with external advisors.
• Participate in business origination and prepare high‑quality marketing and internal materials.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, perform sensitivity analysis, and adjust models as deals evolve.
• Design value‑added financing solutions and support end‑to‑end execution of mandates.
