SSO Site Partnership Manager

About the role

The SSO Site Partnership Manager will support global clinical trial operations, ensuring studies are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role bridges site partners, internal functions and external vendors to drive efficiency and compliance across the trial lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in efficiency initiatives such as process improvement projects and other line‑function activities.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
• Distribute marketing samples where applicable.
• Execute trial activities and related events on time, efficiently and with quality, adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Novartis policies, internal guidelines and external regulations.

Required profile
