Soporte Técnico Junior – Presencial

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Support professional to join a global project for Tata Consultancy Services in San Isidro, Argentina. The role is on‑site, providing L1 support to end‑users at the customer’s location from Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver second‑level, in‑person investigation and diagnosis of hardware and software incidents.
• Maintain and update tickets until resolution.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, desk phones and meeting‑room equipment.
• Communicate incident progress with the client and coordinate with third‑party vendors.
• Assist server and network teams with on‑site touch support for local server rooms and network devices.
• Keep server‑room inventory, layout and asset lists up to date and be available for off‑hours maintenance.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers).
• Good knowledge of Windows 10, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Background in IT support for computers, mobile phones and iPads.
• Analytical and coordination skills.
