Solution Architect Lead (Remote)

About the role

Toolbox is seeking a Solution Architect Lead to drive the evolution, scalability, and operational excellence of its SaaS products. This remote position works closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure high‑impact outcomes throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high‑performing engineering team, focusing on performance improvement and talent retention.
• Enforce agreed‑upon workflows such as daily stand‑ups, task worklogs, definition of done, and KPI tracking.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to promptly resolve blockers.
• Oversee backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Reduce the team’s bus factor by spreading knowledge and ownership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a B2B SaaS or software development company.
• Proven experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
