Senior Talent Consultant

About the role

Cielo is seeking a Senior Talent Consultant to lead strategic talent sourcing for its clients, primarily in the US market. The role focuses on designing and executing talent attraction strategies for the Pharma and Life Sciences sectors while working remotely from Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and HR to develop talent attraction plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
• Promote the employer brand and build pipelines for critical, high‑demand positions.
• Conduct market research on talent trends and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies.
• Utilize data analytics and sourcing metrics to evaluate and refine talent attraction initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and vendors while ensuring compliance with labour and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market, with a focus on Pharma and/or Life Sciences.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision‑making.
