Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for U.S. clients across Latin America. In this remote position you will combine strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and client advisory to build high‑performing remote teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for administrative, accounting, finance, operations, customer support, HR, and executive support roles.
• Source, engage, and build talent pipelines throughout Latin America using modern AI‑driven tools.
• Conduct structured interviews, evaluate communication, professionalism, adaptability and cultural fit.
• Match candidates to client culture, leadership style and business objectives, providing detailed hiring recommendations.
• Lead intake and discovery meetings with U.S. clients, advise on talent availability, compensation expectations and hiring strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Implement AI recruiting solutions to improve sourcing efficiency, outreach, screening and workflow automation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition or workforce solutions.
• Proven track record recruiting administrative, accounting, finance, customer service, operations, HR or executive support professionals.
• Strong interviewing and behavioral assessment capabilities.
• Experience working directly with clients and hiring managers.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Solid business judgment, relationship‑building ability and capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
