Senior Project Manager

About the role

RWS is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex localisation projects from initiation to delivery. You will own project financials, drive continuous improvement, and act as the main liaison between clients and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost targets are met.
• Maintain full ownership of project budgets, invoicing and vendor payments.
• Lead a team of Localization Leads/Engineers and coordinate work across internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams via calls, meetings and written updates.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Handle escalations, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project‑management experience leading internal teams and interfacing with enterprise customers.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
