Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

About the role

The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will own Disney+ LATAM’s paid acquisition strategy, driving subscriber growth and revenue while safeguarding profitability. You will work closely with Finance, Marketing, Data & Insights, and business leaders to translate goals into measurable, incremental acquisition plans.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute paid acquisition strategy across Search, Social, Programmatic/Video, Affiliates, and CTV, aligning budget and pacing with subscriber and revenue targets.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting for acquisition, building investment scenarios, CPA models, LTV‑based payback logic, and sensitivity analyses.
• Establish performance management operating model: set KPIs, dashboards, experimentation cadence, governance, and decision forums; ensure rigorous measurement (attribution, incrementality, lift tests).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative, Brand, Lifecycle/CRM, Product/UX, and Data teams to optimise messaging, landing flows, testing, and audience strategy.
• Lead and develop a growing Performance Marketing team (2 Supervisors + 1 Coordinator), setting priorities, coaching strategic and financial thinking, and driving operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading performance/paid acquisition marketing in a digital or streaming environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a track record of budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing and developing a small performance marketing team.
