About the role

Join Ripio, the leading gateway to the crypto ecosystem in Latin America, as a Software Engineer within our B2B Development team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling high-traffic web applications that drive our business solutions forward.

Main Missions

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and user-centric Full-Stack web applications.
• Maintain and optimize production-grade products, ensuring high stability, performance, and observability.
• Integrate AI-driven tools into the daily development workflow to accelerate delivery and enhance code quality.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform complex mockups into seamless, functional interfaces.
• Proactively identify technical and product improvements to enhance the overall ecosystem.
• Take full ownership of projects, from technical decision-making to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
