Senior FP&A Finance Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior FP&A Finance Partner to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting in a fast‑paced technology environment. You will work closely with C‑level leaders and business units to translate company strategy into actionable financial plans and data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Partner with business leaders on profitability, utilization, headcount, and investment decisions.
• Drive KPI tracking and executive reporting across business units.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Create dashboards and improve reporting through BI and automation tools.
• Help scale and optimize the FP&A function as the company expands internationally.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles.
• Experience in the IT/software industry, preferably SaaS or tech services.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and data skills with advanced English proficiency.
