Senior Director of Ecosystem Growth, Andean & Southern Cone

About the role

Circle is seeking a senior leader to drive ecosystem growth across Argentina and the broader Andean and Southern Cone region. The role will shape market intelligence, regulatory engagement and brand awareness for Circle’s stablecoin, payments and blockchain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market intelligence on DeFi, crypto capital markets, payments and institutional use cases in Argentina and neighboring countries.
• Engage with regulators, government bodies and ecosystem partners to support Circle’s compliant market presence.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Business Development, Product and Operations teams to translate market insights into pipeline strategy and entry sequencing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of ecosystem contacts and ensure no active solicitation occurs.
• Report on regulatory developments and stakeholder activities to inform senior leadership.

Required profile

• 13+ years of experience in business development, market expansion or growth roles within fintech, payments, crypto or financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, transaction volume or ecosystem growth.
• Strong commercial instincts with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders in Latin America.
