Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives on building scalable automation solutions and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. This hands‑on position focuses on improving software delivery efficiency and reliability across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Create production‑grade automation scripts with Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Develop, containerize, and orchestrate applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management with Ansible.
• Automate API integrations, authentication mechanisms, data‑processing workflows, and deployment processes.
• Continuously optimize automation systems to boost delivery performance.
• Manage observability and monitoring solutions, primarily with Grafana.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code practices across all environments.
• Identify manual processes and transform them into scalable automated solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong expertise in designing and maintaining Jenkins pipelines.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Ability to work independently, identify automation opportunities, and communicate effectively in English.
