Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design and evaluate consulting‑style scenarios for AI training. This remote, project‑based role focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, creating detailed scenarios with industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and more.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing grading frameworks, rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task.
• Collaborate with the AI team to ensure scenarios align with model training objectives.
• Document all scenarios, tasks, and evaluation materials for future use.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of producing client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations under uncertainty.

Required skills

• Familiarity with lightweight analytical tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
