Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Associate to execute and optimize integrated SEO and PPC strategies for our B2B industrial and manufacturing clients. You will work closely with a team of SEM professionals, client services, and production leadership to drive performance across organic and paid search channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated SEO and PPC strategies for assigned client accounts.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high‑opportunity groups and optimization tactics.
• Monitor technical performance of client websites and recommend SEO best‑practice improvements.
• Implement on‑page optimizations, including metadata, schema, and content support.
• Build, optimize, and maintain Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Audit existing paid media accounts and identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor analytics dashboards, deliver insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assess user flow and conversion performance across SEO and PPC efforts.
• Communicate performance insights to internal teams and client services, and occasionally join client calls.
• Stay up‑to‑date on SEM industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in search or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity and motivation to stay current with SEM trends.

• SEO and PPC best practices.
• Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
• Keyword research and technical SEO.
• On‑page optimization (metadata, schema).
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio.
• SEM tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
